Owner of the firm, registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Brescia at no. 1991/A
and in the Register of Auditors at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Graduated with honors in Banking, Finance and Insurance Economics from the Catholic University of Milan in 1996.

 

1996/2007
She has worked for leading international accounting firms (PwC and KPMG), rising through the ranks to become a Senior Manager. She has participated and managed audit teams, accounting due diligence, and stock market listing processes, and has been part of the internal training team.
2007/2011
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a company belonging to an international steel group, also holding the role of Internal Data Protection Officer.
since 2012
She founded Studio Montanari, which she owns. Since then, she has worked as chartered accountant and auditor. She has gained extensive experience assisting and supporting businesses and multinational groups in tax, management control, and corporate organization matters. Contract professor at the University of Brescia, auditor of public and private companies and entities, member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
